As I continue with carb cycling nearing 6 months, so one asked me, “What my drive is?” I told them it came from a few different reasons. To start I am 33 and have early stages of arthritis in both knees. I had played sports for years and blew my left knee out twice before I was 20 years old. The other main reason is, I have been going to the gym for years, but never had a correct diet to show the results and now I want that.

My daily food consisted of 3 eggs for breakfast. I had a mid morning snack of 1 1/4 scoop of cinnagram whey protein from Tiger Fitness and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. For lunch I had 6 ounces of chicken and 114 grams of guacamole. I had afternoon snack of 1 1/4 scoop of cinnagram whey protein from Tiger Fitness and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil.Today was an off day from the gym, so I just came home and rested. For dinner I had 8 ounces mahi mahi, 1 tablespoon of spicy sriracha and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

I am bit surprised I have lost weight after last weekends eating fest. I down even more then I was friday.

I continued breakfast with 3 hard boiled eggs. I had a mid morning snack of 1 1/4 scoops of cinnagram from Tiger Fitness and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. For lunch I had 6 ounces of chicken and 114 grams of guacamole. I had an afternoon snack of 1 1/4 scoops of cinnagram from Tiger Fitness and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Dinner was 5 ounces salmon, 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 cup onions. Total calories was 1650, 25 grams of carbs, 109 grams of fat and 147 grams of protein.

I dropped almost 4 pounds overnight. I think the term carb sensitive is coming to my mind. I am really starting to think I am carb sensitive.

I will keep the roll on of what I have been eating. For breakfast it was hard boiled eggs. I haven’t got sick of these yet, hopefully won’t. I had a mid morning snack of 1 1/4 scoops of cinnagram whey protein from Tiger fitness and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Lunch I had 6 ounces of chicken and Guacamole. I had an afternoon snack of 1 1/4 scoops of cinnagram whey protein from Tiger fitness and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. I also took pre work C4 then headed to the gym worked; chest, back and shoulders for like 90 minutes. I did 4 sets of 10, 9 exercises per body part. For dinner I had 8 ounces of catfish, 1/2 cup of onions,1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Total calorie 1736, 25 grams carbs, 114 grams of fat and 156 grams of protein.

No weight loss from yesterday until today. I think my body might have to readjust even for the week back from the weekend of overeating, at least I think it was overeating.

I am going to be adding this other photo every monday until I am down to about 180-190 pounds. I don’t think they are too accurate but they will show my fat loss. For breakfast I had 3 hard boiled eggs. I had snack sometime during the morning of 1 1/4 scoops of cinnagram whey protein from Tiger fitness and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Lunch was 5 ounces of chicken thighs and guacamole. I had an afternoon snack consisting of another protein shake with 1 1/4 scoops of cinnagram from Tiger fitness  and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. I went to the gym after work, I worked legs and arms doing 4 sets of 10 for about 80 minutes. Came home for dinner and ate 8 ounces of spare ribs. Total calories was 1770 estimated, 21 grams of carbs, 131 grams of fat and 139 grams of protein.

Well after being away for a few days, I took this photo. This was after driving 7 hours and 400 miles. I was shocked I didn’t gain more weight after being away.

For breakfast I had 3 egg and some sausage. This was right before we left to come home. On our way home we stopped for lunch and I got chopped salad from subway. Then we got home, I cooked some spare ribs of course. My total estimated calories was 1600.

Well I am still on vacation so no photograph of my daily weigh in I apologize. For breakfast I had 3 eggs, 6 slices of bacon and some oatmeal. Lunch was about 8 ounces of chicken breast and salad. Dinner I had some roast beef and another salad. I also had a piece of cake. These are all estimates of what I ate. Tomorrow I will be back in full swing on my regular keto eating. Being on vacation does make it difficult to count calories and macros as well. It also makes you double check before taking that extra scoop of something when eating at specific meals. To add to being on vacation my wife and I were walking around alot through the day to get around from place to place.
